I got my tracking number and it still says label created. When will I get my HOPE Kit?
Labels are printed in advance of packing events, so your HOPE Kit is likely still being prepared and should arrive within three weeks.
Our HOPE Kits are hand-packed by volunteers at our headquarters in Frisco, Texas, and at packing event all over the country. In order to prepare for these packing events, we must print the shipping labels ahead of time. Once your shipping label is printed, you will receive an automated email telling you the label was created, even though your HOPE Kit is not yet packed and on the way. But rest assured that your HOPE Kit will be packed at an upcoming packing event and you can expect it within three weeks! You can also check back using the tracking number to see the progress once it has shipped.
