My order was canceled unexpectedly, why was that?
Orders are canceled if a duplicate HOPE Kit request is made, as each patient is eligible to receive only one HOPE Kit.
Due to limited supply, individual in treatment is able to receive only one HOPE Kit. If you already requested a HOPE Kit for a loved one or yourself, or if your loved one or yourself have already received a HOPE Kit, the duplicate order will be canceled.
